Salsaaa!!

I was craving salsa today, and roaming the internet attempting to find a recipe to make use of the can of tomato paste I had left (if you leave it, it goes moldy mm...).

I found a myriad of salsa recipes including tomato paste, however I had no jalapenos, and a majority of the recipes required.

So, I made this salsa, which turned out pretty good but perhaps needs more tomato!

Half can tomato paste
Tblspoon parsley
1/2 tblspoon oregano
salt and pepper
4 banana pepper slices (the pickled ones)
half roma tomato
olive oil (tblspoon around - not too much or it won't be thick)
3 cloves garlic (of course)

Saucepan, medium heat! SO good!
